Paty Quyn is the result of a marriage between two cultures, Northeast meets Mid-west. This combination explains why when you listen to her, you think that you are listening to a cross between Fran Drescher and Aunt Bea. Her mom was from Scarsdale, NY. And her dad was from Jeffersonville, Indiana. Growing up with all the different cultures in her life from northern cooking of bagels and cream cheese to mid-west/southern cooking of biscuits and gravy, Paty now prides herself on being able to make GREAT pulled pork finger sandwiches! (no crust)

Paty was born in Clarksville, TN and traveled the world as an army brat but was happy to settle in the Hudson Valley graduating from CCHS in Cornwall. GO DRAGONS! She is a proud alumnus of SUNY Delhi and SUNY New Paltz and has become a major asset to Clear Channel Radio’s production department because she doesn’t know when to stop talking!

Paty is now very happy doing mid-days on WRWD where she scours the headlines looking for all the trash she can find on your favorite, and not-so-favorite, country stars. She is very frugal and is too cheap to pay for a real vacation so she summers in Nantucket mooching off her sister, the ahhhtist, and her sister’s family.
